I’m a full-time REALTOR® who believes strongly in the value of customer service. I earn my living helping my clients buy and sell property, my commitment to the people I work for is focused and uncompromising.

I have over 30 years of experience in sales and negotiation and I've been a licensed Realtor® in Alberta since 2010.

Personal Service

Yes, I want your business; I’ll work hard to earn it and even harder to keep it. But I’m not going to pester you (that’ll just make you mad). I’m here when you need me, providing prompt responses to your inquiries and answering your questions honestly. If you’re looking for a new home I’ll search hard looking for places that have potential for you. If you’ve listed your home with me I’ll keep you informed on what’s been happening with your property and it’s relation to the current market.

Buying and selling real estate is a big deal, it involves a lot of money, you want an agent with experience and that you can trust, I am that agent.

Negotiations

I have great relationships with the Realtors® I’ve worked with in the past and I continue to build on these with every deal I do. Why do you care if I get along with other Realtors®? Because good negotiation involves a win-win resolution, it isn’t about winner takes all. Effective negotiation is about knowing what both sides want and structuring the deal to get as close to that as possible. Negotiators that try to slay the opposition are more apt to make enemies and lose opportunities than they are to get good terms and a successful sale.

Attention to Detail & After Sale Follow-Through

Paying close attention to every aspect of the real estate transaction is critical to the successful result of any sale or purchase. There are legal contracts, large sums of money and emotions involved. With my experience I’m equipped to make sure all the “T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted”. I’m there to assist with inspections, paperwork, financing and all the details that need to be addressed to make sure the transaction runs smoothly from Offer to Possession.
